Know every move before you make it.

A straightforward guide to scanning cards, understanding price signals, buying and selling with confidence, and keeping your collector account protected.

The collector flow

From first scan to final decision.

1. Scan your card

Start with a clear front photo. Card Passport organizes the details you provide into a saved scan preview so you can begin documenting your collection.

2. Review pricing guidance

Use the suggested list range and sell-now signal as a starting point. Condition, rarity, recent sales, and collector demand can all change a card’s market value.

3. Build a listing

Create a seller draft with your card details, condition notes, and target price. Review everything carefully before you decide to publish inventory.

4. Shop with intention

Browse marketplace inventory, save the cards that matter, and add available items to your cart when you are ready to check out.

Answers that matter

Built for more confident collecting.

How scanning works

The current Card Passport experience is a representative preview. It saves your scan name and image filename, then returns organized example identification, condition, and pricing signals. It does not yet inspect the contents of an uploaded image.

How pricing works

Pricing guidance is not a guarantee of sale or an appraisal. Treat it as one input alongside card condition, grading, print run, recent comparable sales, fees, and shipping costs.

How buying works

Add a card to your cart, review your items, and continue through secure checkout when available. Always review the product details, price, and cart total before placing an order.

How selling works

Seller drafts are private to your account. They give you a structured place to prepare a listing while inventory review, publication, fulfillment, and seller management workflows continue to develop.

Account protection

Your collection, saved scans, and seller drafts are connected to your account session. Use a unique password, sign out on shared devices, and never share your sign-in details with another person.

Need a clearer answer?

Use the Card Scanner to document a card, visit your collection for saved activity, or return to the marketplace when you are ready to browse available inventory.

Collector note

Card values can move quickly and the marketplace’s preview tools are informational. For high-value cards, consider professional grading, detailed condition review, and multiple recent comparables before completing a transaction.
